COVID-19 Response
At Fox Moving and Storage Charlotte, we take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. We do everything we can to protect you, your family, and our team throughout the moving process. You can rest assured when you call us to handle your next move, that we will work to keep everyone safe. We protect your possessions as we pack and move them, and we protect all the people involved.
Following CDC COVID-19 Guidelines
The Fox Moving and Storage Charlotte COVID-19 response is to follow the CDC guidelines for protecting everyone’s safety and well-being. Those include:
- Wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth. We now know that masks offer protection from getting the virus as well as from transmitting it.
- Staying at least six feet apart from each other, when possible. We will always maintain our distance from you and your family, to keep you safe.
- Washing your hands often, with soap and water. At Fox Moving and Storage Charlotte, we also carry hand sanitizer and use it frequently, especially when soap and water is not available.
Following North Carolina Guidelines
The state of North Carolina is in Phase 3 of its COVID-10 response. In part, the state’s guidelines state that face coverings are required when it is not possible to maintain social distances from non-household members. Indoor gatherings are limited to ten people during this phase.
Doing Your Part
The professional movers at Fox Moving and Storage Charlotte are focused on health and safety in our COVID-19 response. We ask that you also follow the CDC guidelines, by wearing a mask and maintaining an appropriate distance, particularly when we are working inside your home to move your boxes and furniture.
